Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TValue: Wishlist app (“the App”), developed and provided by TValueApps (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By installing or using the App, you (“you”, “the merchant”, or “the user”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App and discontinue its use.

1. Description of the Service​

TValue: Wishlist is a Shopify app that enables merchants to provide wishlist functionality to their customers. The App allows customers to save products, receive email notifications (such as restock or price-drop alerts), and helps merchants improve engagement and conversions.

We may update or enhance the App from time to time, including new features, performance improvements, or integrations.

2. Access and Account​

To use the App, you must have an active Shopify store and grant the required API permissions when installing. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and ensuring only authorized staff access the App settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if the App is used in violation of these Terms or Shopify’s Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Data Usage and Privacy​

We collect and process limited store and customer data strictly to operate the App and its features. Our data collection and processing practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

By using the App, you consent to such processing and agree that we may use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and improvement purposes.

4. Pricing and Payment​

The App is free to use during its early launch period. Future pricing plans may be introduced, and merchants will be notified before any charges apply. Any paid features will be clearly disclosed within the Shopify App Billing system, in accordance with Shopify’s billing policies.

5. Limitations and Responsibilities​

You agree not to misuse the App, including (but not limited to):

  • Attempting to access or modify data outside your own store.
  • Using the App to send unsolicited or spam emails.
  • Reverse engineering, copying, or redistributing any part of the App.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from user errors, misconfiguration, or incompatibility with third-party themes or apps.

6. Intellectual Property​

All intellectual property rights in the App, including its code, design, and branding, remain the property of TValueApps. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the App without written permission.

7. Termination​

You can uninstall the App at any time from your Shopify Admin. Uninstallation will immediately remove access and trigger data deletion according to our Privacy Policy.

We may terminate your access to the App if required by law or if you violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability​

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, TValueApps disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

10. Changes to These Terms​

We may update these Terms periodically. Revisions will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
